An entrepreneur with over two decades of experience, Jon actually never pictured himself getting into the cannabis industry. Even after it was legalized in Colorado, he still had reservations.
Over time, though, Jon was inspired by the stories of positive influences that medical cannabis had on people’s lives. At the same time, another aspect of the cannabis industry began to intrigue him, it seemed there was no way to predict the experience of consuming cannabis. There was a clear inconsistency depending on the product, and even the same strain can vary from one plant to another. Jon wanted to be the one to change that.
How did he plan on changing that? In 2013, Jon Cooper launched ebbu. The company has grown into a global leader in data-driven, lab-tested cannabinoid research.
In his spare time, Jon loves to spend as much time with his family as possible as well as enjoy the beautiful nature in Colorado.
